Justin Wrobleski was victimized by a team that makes constant contact, and the Dodgers couldn’t get any offense going.

On Friday at American Family Field, the Los Angeles Dodgers lost to the Milwaukee Brewers, 5–1.

Wrobleski couldn’t locate his pitches in the strike zone. In the first two innings, he allowed five runs, but he didn’t allow anything else in his outing. He struck out four while walking two in his five innings.

The Dodgers’ bullpen continued dominating. Paul Gervase and Jonathan Hernández were sharp.

The Dodgers couldn’t mount anything against the Brewers’ pitching. In the seventh inning, Shohei Ohtani’s sacrifice fly brought Teoscar Hernández home.

In the eighth inning, Max Muncy was hit in the wrist area and left the game. The initial x-ray was negative.

With Roki Sasaki, the Dodgers will look to even the series on Saturday.
