On a beautiful Sunday afternoon at Oracle Park, the Los Angeles Dodgers swatted the San Francisco Giants 10-to-2. Tyler Glasnow was brilliant for 6.2 innings. The Dodgers had their entire lineup producing even though Will Smith, Max Muncy, and Andy Pages weren’t playing. The Dodgers remained 2.5 games in front of the San Diego Padres in the National League Western Division.

Early on this game, Tyler Glasnow couldn’t command anything, but he worked with Ben Rortvedt, the catcher, to find something that was working for him. Eventually, Glasnow leaned on his slider to get outs. He issued 4 walks while striking out four hitters.

The Dodgers rarely wasted a scoring opportunity. Coming off the bench, Michael Conforto had three important hits.

While playing center field, Tommy Edman was great. He made two game-saving catches.
